Media Release Disclaimer

Project ALEX Communities may capture photographs, video, and audio during events, programs, and activities. Participation constitutes consent for the organization to use such media for educational, promotional, and fundraising communications, including but not limited to social media, digital platforms, printed materials, and grant reporting.

Individuals who do not wish to appear in media should inform the photographer. The organization will honor all reasonable opt‑out requests.

• Minors clause: “Parents/guardians must provide consent for anyone under 18.”

• No compensation clause: “Participants receive no compensation for use of media.”

• Revocation clause: “Requests to remove posted media will be honored when reasonably possible.”
